#1 Rolling Stones

Coming up on almost a half century worth of performing, recording, touring and making girls sweat, The Rolling Stones are an icon of modern music. To this day, Rolling Stones concert tickets sell out across the globe with several generations of fans piling into mega stadiums for a glimpse. Although their last tour finished up at the end of 2007, rumors abound that a new album and concert tickets may be coming down the pipeline.

ul McCartneyPaul is anything but dead. Of course the world's most successful songwriter (Seriously! He's the Guinness World Record holder.) would be on this list. From The Beatles to an incredible solo career, with a little animal rights activism thrown in, Paul McCartney has spent the past five decades just being himself. We love him for it. In fact, his latest collabo with Youth called The Fireman is offering a free download of their single "Nothing Too Much Just Out of Sight". Should concert tickets become available, don't wait. He is a living legend.
#3 U2

Never mind that U2 has been putting out albums since 1979. Forget that The Edge is one of the most celebrated guitarists of our time. Don't worry that the pulsating drums of Larry Mullen, Jr. and the trance-inducing bass of Adam Clayton can lull you into anything. Oh, and Bono. When he's not crooning emotional statements, he spends his spare time saving the world. Did I mention they were incredible in concert? U2 concert tickets are an event no to be missed.

na TurnerIf eight Grammys, being an inductee to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, "What's Love Got to Do With It" and selling more concert tickets than any other solo artist around isn't enough for you, then her incredible energy at 68 and fabulous legs should sew it up. Embarking on her 9th tour, Tina Turner is simply the best. This original diva has been serving up impeccable concert performances for decades, and doesn't show any sign of slowing down. Get your Tina Turner concert tickets immediately!
#5 Prince

Of course, Prince is unbelievably talented. Rolling Stone named him one of the greatest artists of all time. Purple Rain was a turning point in music, from which we never recovered. He changed his name, we didn't care. He changed it back, we didn't care. He changes his style over and over, and we happily sing along. Fans have jumped through hoops for a chance at concert tickets, up until he shuttered his successful fan club in 2006. Doesn't matter. We love Prince and will go to the ends of the Earth for his concert tickets.
#6 Mad
onnaYes, yes, yes... we know that Madonna changes her image and style every tour. So if you missed any previous concert tickets, not to worry. Madge is sure to delight (as always) with "Sticky & Sweet"; four set transformations, eight costume changes and even some controversial political jabs at John McCain. Madonna is a performer through and through, which makes Madonna concert tickets not to be missed.
#7 The Police

You just missed it! The Police did quite a tour last year to commemorate their 30th Anniversary. Unfortunately, Sting has since issued a statement saying that they're breaking up again. Then again, no one expected them to kick out The Police concert tickets last year either. Plus, doesn't every band retire at least twice? If you need a fix, Sting has concert tickets available for his international tour dates through the end of 2008.
#8 Bruce
SpringsteenHere is a legend who gives his body and soul to his concerts. Bruce Springsteen's music resonates in the everyday person with a love for America that's palpable. And even though his 2008 tour recently came to an end, it looks like he has toured yearly since 2003, only taking a break in 2004. If you're jonesing for concert tickets to see The Boss live, he will be performing at the 2009 Super Bowl halftime show. Good luck getting your hands on those concert tickets though.
#9 The Who

How many bands can say they pioneered musical genius quite like The Who? The brilliant rock opera Tommy took music and enlightenment to a whole new level. Despite the losses of Keith Moon and John Entwistle, both Roger Daltrey and Pete Townshend continue to record incredible albums and tour regularly. Thankfully they're touring now, so snap up The Who concert tickets to see legends in action.
#10 Elton John
Few performers put on a show quite like Sir Elton John. And with a rockin' Vegas revue at Caesars Palace, regular international show dates, over 200 million records sold, five Grammys and an Academy Award, this 60 year-old phenom is showing no signs of letting up. The price of Elton John concert tickets alone is worth it to check out his outrageous collection of blinged-out sunglasses.
