Christmas Lights Gone Wild

Nothing says the Holidays more than being able to enjoy the beauty of Christmas lights. From white lights, to colored lights to festive reindeer made of lights, having a festive house is enough to put even the biggest Grinch in the holiday spirit.

If your plan this Christmas is to simply string up a few lights here and there, you may want to get inspiration from these houses who have taken decorating for the Holidays to the next level!

Every year we go to Huntington Beach, California and attend the Cruise of Lights. You take a narrated boat ride through the waterways of Huntington Harbour to see lights and decorations of onwater homes. The houses (some look like onwater mansions!) have thousands of lights, some even have animation. The tickets are affordable about $15 for adults. They sre on the web cruiseoflights.org or 714-840-7542. Best of all, the this is a fund raiser and all the money goes to pay for music education programs for schools kids in public schools.
