Salad Dressing Won't Be Missed With Gourmè Mist!

"I ate sooo healthily - I had a salad for lunch!"

You've all heard this, and perhaps have exclaimed it yourself. Sometimes, a salad *is* a healthier option, though oftentimes, once it's loaded up with popular additions like cheese, croutons, and mayonnaise-based dressings, you'd actually be better off calorie and health-wise chowing down on a cheeseburger! One way to remake salads into the healthiest choice again is with Gourmè Mist. Whether it's spritzing your salad with balsamic vinegar or spraying your french bread with a bit of extra virgin olive oil, Gourmè Mist is a great, extremely-low calorie way to flavor your food without failing your food plan!

Gourmè Mist is kind of like a non-stick cooking spray in action, but instead of just greasing your pan (which it can do, too), Gourmè Mist improves your food by lightly misting various flavors all over food surfaces, tantalizing your tongue with a tangy touch instead of trying to cover every nook and cranny.

Just one or two tablespoons of most popular dressings usually carry more calories and almost always more fat than the salad itself, but who can stop at just two tablespoons? Many people say that they hate the taste of 'plain' salad and vegetables, but loading up your lettuce with ladles full of creamy or oily dressing can really make a difference and account for those hidden calories you've been trying to flush out of your food intake. Gourmè Mist is a great way to pack in a lot of flavor without a caloric punch, so start spraying your veggies and even your meats with the different types today - there's even a travel size that fits in your pocket or purse to take with you to restaurants, too!

Walden Farms Dressings do the job, and there is no fat, no sugar, and no calories. They even sell small packets that fit in your purse. Thousand Island, Russian, and Italian are my favorites. The cole slaw one is also quite nice.
