Y'all, since I got my trike, I'm blowing in the wind almost every single day here in Santa Monica. (Sorry for rubbing it in my snowed-in readers faces!) Problem is, the headphones that came with my iPhone started blowing away, too! Even when they stayed in, I could hear the BWHPHHHHHHH of the air circulating around my head, which is no fun, and even at high volume the lyrics to my favorite songs were drowned out by the surrounding sea noise and community chatter. So it was obviously time to upgrade, which I did with these excellent Klipsch Image S2 Noise-Isolating Headphones ($49)! (click for more)
I really didn't know how much better my music could sound until I tried the Klipsch Image S2 Noise-Isolating Headphones. Seriously, I have to turn my volume up half as much to hear twice as clearly! They're ergonomic, comfortably fitting inside of my ear and not coming out until I want them to. And they're noise-isolating, so the annoying wind sounds don't overpower my tunes. Klipsch Image S2 Noise-Isolating Headphones come with three sets of earbuds - small, medium, and large, to fit perfectly inside of everyone's ear. And they're affordable - many headphones that are this effective are in the hundreds of dollars, but these are under $50, meaning I can use the leftover moolah to buy a new bell and basket for my trike. :)

Agree that these are good earphones. I try to track deals on items like this on my blog (in the same vein as techbargains or dealnews -- but focused just on home and portable audio). Would love to have some aol users check it out and give me any feedback you might have (just started it a couple weeks ago).

My favorite new exercise product is smartsole exercise insoles. I have lost 50 pounds over the last 2 years, and I have done it by watching my calories and getting in some kind of exercise every day.
replyI usually walk 20 minutes every day and I wear SmartSole exercise insoles http://www.smartsole.com. They are body toning insoles similar to Reebok Easytone that help you burn extra calories while you walk or work out as well as tone and tighten. I read about them on my weight watchers board and the code ww10 gives you a 10% discount.
I also try not to eat after 8 pm at night.

I've been swimming a mile a day for the last 4 months listening to my mp3 player. I found a water-proof case and water-proof headphones at h2oaudio.com. It really keeps me going and I've lost about 30 lbs doing it.
