Knotted Sandals

It's "knot" worth a second thought - these sandals are hot! Just in time for spring and perfect to usher into summer, shoes adorned with knots are making their presence known in a variety of chic styles. From sky-high wedges to bold night-out heels, there's no dearth of looks from which to choose. Check out a few of our picks:
Fake the illusion of mile-long legs with a little help from these neutral colored Moschino knotted espadrilles ($375). They're endlessly glamorous, and suitable to wear everywhere from the boardwalk to the mall.

Supple leather and a single knot accent these Franco Sarto Artist Collection Hydra sandals ($89.95). The rich camel hue is a pretty partner for any spring ensemble.

All tied up, the leather straps on these GUESS platform sandals ($98.95) make a powerful statement with their multicolored palette. Perfect for an evening out!

You can't go wrong with to-die-for wedges in a timeless cognac color, so these Rosegold Casey knot wedges ($168) are no brainers. Two leather knots accent the front, while a four-and-a-half inch heel and one-inch platform add serious height.

Feeling bold? Check out Naughty Monkey's Knot Sure heels ($28.38). They're youthful and playful, but be sure to pair them with something low key and monotone to keep your overall look balanced.

Keep things sweet and simple - step into a pair of twist-knot flats ($24) from Newport News. These bright shoes are perfect to pair with patterned spring dresses. Also in pink and yellow.

Good to know the Yves St. Laureant roped wedge sandals I bought in 1997 are still in style and still gorgeous. So see, if you take care of good stuff they WILL come back in style. (not that I haven't worn them, I have I follow what I like to wear & looks good on me not a trend - but still fun to know).
