I love the Old Navy Toe Strap Flip Flops and for $5, they are a steal. When I am not wearing flip flops, I am wearing sneakers and SmartSole insoles to burn more calories as well as tone and tighten.
replyI have lost 50 pounds over the last 2 years, and I have done it by watching my calories, eating less processed foods and getting in some kind of exercise every day. I have no desire to be skinny, just healthy and curvy! There is always room in my daily diet for a treat.
I usually walk 20 minutes every day and I wear SmartSole exercise insoles hTtp://www.fitbodysole.info. They are body toning insoles similar to Reebok Easytone that help you burn extra calories while you walk or work out as well as tone and tighten. Why not burn a few more calories while shopping. That photo looks like my closet..lol. I love flip flops but as for paying for designer ones? NO WAY! I get my at CVS or Rite Aid..they have awesome designs.

If you want comfortable and cute, you need give Sanuk yoga mat flip flops a try! My daughter brought me my first pair, in teal, from Hawaii. I loved them so much that I ordered three more pair, then bought another pair when I discovered them at a surf shop in Wilmington, NC. They are from $25 to about $30 a pair and come in a variety of colors and even a couple of animal prints. There is no breaking in period, like there is with Rainbow's. From the very first minute you put them on you can tell the difference in comfort from any other flip flop. I have some back and knee problems, and this brand really helps. Only one drawback that I've found is that they aren't the flips to wear around water. They soak it up like a spounge and takes a day hanging in the sun for them to dry out, but otherwise these are perfection!

Ladies...Please! NO MORE FLIP-FLOPS (Thongs used to be the name, till you started wearing them elsewhere). Wear nice heels, leather, anything but those flip-flops. Have you seen your toes? Some of you might not notice that when you walk, you may look like the raptor walking in the kitchen of "Jurassic Park". No bra straps showing either. I speak for most of the men I've talked to and, no, bra straps make you look like trash...which might be the look you're going for, but then that's another comment. Last, but certainly not least, enough with the layered look. If you're over-weight it makes you look like a twice-stuffed sausage. On behalf of the management and myself, I thank you for listening.

Only the followers fall into the fashion traps. People with a true sense of individuality do not let others determine what you should or should not wear. If you want to walk around looking like everyone else and think you are in well you are wrong. You are actually out.

I adore flip flops that are printed on the insole. (Not sure why, since your foot covers it up, but that's a huge draw for me.) In this instance, I really like #2, the Colin Stuart Animal Print Double-Strap Flip-Flops from Victoria's Secret, because the double strap is also tied in a knot. They're just very cute and fun (and inexpensive too).
