The Holidays are in full swing, so it is time to get the party started. If you are like me, when it is time to transform from everyday casual to Holiday party chic you don't want to spend an arm and a leg. Sure I want to step up my fashion game a little to celebrate holiday festivities but spending more than $100 for a party dress that will probably collect dust for the rest of the year is a no-no in my book.
Check out some festive holiday attire under $100 that will make you (and those who see you) say "oh la la" in addition to "fa la la la la".

Sequins are a big trend this winter and there is no better place to wear sequins than to a Holiday party. If the thought of a sequin dress makes you feel more disco fever than festive, never fear. Sequins come on everything from dresses to skirts to berets, so it will be easy to add a little sparkle when you dress up for the Holidays.
Mano Women's Grey Sequin Dress | $89
Leopard Strapless Sequin Dress | $38.99
American Eagle Sequins Party Skirt | $30
DKNY Jeans Sequins Tank Top | $39.20
Gold Sequins Beret | $9.90

The "little black dress" should be a mainstay in your closet. Dust off your little black dress (or buy a new one) and get the holiday party started right. The versatility of the little black dress is second to none. Mix up your accessories, shoes and hair and you can wear your little black dress over and over and over and over again this holiday and no one will even know.
Satin Strapless Dress | $98
Literature Noir Cut Out Black Dress | $89
American Eagle Outfitter's Womens Ruffle Dress | $29.95
Ed Hardy Dress | $49
Roxy Girl Racerback Dress | $30.99
Ed Hardy Twinky Dress | $49

Cut out dresses are a great way to show a little skin. When done tastefully, cut out really adds an element of sexiness to what could be considered a relatively boring top or dress. If you want to push the fashion envelope and be festive at the same time, a cut out dress may be a great option for you. Dress up your cut out dress with a pair of great heels and a wrap.
Tempted Dress One Shoulder Cut Out | $38
Kouture by Kimora Dress | $34.99
Morgan Strapless Cut Out Dress | $37.49
Three Dots' Cut Out Top | $44.23
Rebecca Beeson Cut Out Shoulder Top | $72
Express Cut Out Studded Dress | $48.93

Dresses, skirts and tops are not the only way to dress up for holiday parties. If you have something currently in your closet that can make the party circuit, by all means wear it. Maybe you can put the money you have saved from buying a new dress toward a pair of boots, earrings or a scarf. Accessories are a great way to dress up right for any festive occasion.
Rampage Thigh High Boots | $49.50
Jeweled Open Toe Flats | $59.92
Serena Williams Statement Necklace | $39.95
BCBG Clutch | $86.40
We take your comments seriously! Here a few numbers that would be perfect for any age!
Alex Evenings Tie Waist Shimmer Taffeta Dress | $92.90
Eliza J Jewel Waist Taffeta Sheath Dress | $99.90
JS Boutique Strapless Ruched Satin Dress | $57.90

Well--I guess only sweet young things have holiday parties to attend. Article after article covering party clothing and you'd think that no one over 35 has a life or shops. It's downright silly and insulting. Women over 40 are still viable human beings who enjoy being stylish and we're an important part of the retail clientèle. Quit ignoring us.

Most people aren't aware of the almost unbelievable deals that they can get from penny auction sites. I know I found the best site, HTTP://bit.ly/PennyAuctionSavings They auction off brand new popular products such as iPads, Macbooks, HDTVs, Digital Cameras, Gaming Consoles, and more for steep discounts of 75%, 80%, or even 85% off retail price. I got a $200 Best Buy Gift card there for $33. I'm going to do all my Christmas shopping there

I found that Penny Auctions just want to rip you off for a bunch of bid packs you'll never make money on. Also CouponsDiscounts just harvests emails. If you want a site for real free stuff and coupons that you don't have to fork an e-mail over for Http://bit.ly/dailysample

These ideas are terrific if you're going to a holiday party for sluts. Maybe I don't want to wear a dress where I'm worried about showing off my muff to the entire crowd. I'm not a prude, and I still like to show a little skin sometimes, but the holiday parties I go to are filled with professionals and none of the above items are appropriate for that type of situation. The age range that these dresses are aimed at probably don't even go to parties where dressing up is de rigueur.

Ladies over 35: Just take the advice on the "little black dress." Everyone has one or if you don't, go out and buy yourself one. Just dress it up with a sparkly belt, necklace, or broach. (Or better yet add all 3!) Add the sparkly evening bag and shoes and you're ready for the Christmas get together. I love my little black dress and adding my special accessories to it.

I happen to be in my 20's and would not wear any of these dresses. I wear a size 4 and I am not a prude but I am certainly not going to holiday events to hang my body parts out. Are these outfits for those who like clubbing? I would never dress like that normally so why do it for the holidays. Some of us like to be respectable ladies. Yuck. Get some real style advisors aol!

These dressses look very similar to the dresses in the Avon Catalog . The wrap around dress and the others that can be worn with leggings, fitted jeans, etc.
