In Bloom: Floral Tops

It seems our personal collection of floral tops isn't quite up to par - at least in comparison to the myriad floral dresses blooming in our closets. The goal? To change things up this season by incorporating a vibrant floral top with our favorite bottoms, whether cutoff shorts, jeans or a pencil skirt. Here, a few floral tops we can't resist:
