I am a pretty new mommy and as it is sleep deprivation is my middle name but to top it off I have neck aches and back aches from bad sleeping positions. Once I am woken up by the crying baby, he falls back to sleep no problem, I struggle for at least 1-2 hours...so in total I end up with about 2-3 hours of sleep.

So you're asking her to have someone abduct her child? Or at least babysit it one night.

I love sleeping in on the weekends; it's the only chance I get to sleep more than 7-8 hours a night. I try to sleep eight hours per day, but usually end up sleeping about 6 hours (per day). I've read so many articles lately about the importance of restorative sleep!

I usually get about 8 hrs of sleep a night. If one of my children wake up earlier I get 6 the least amount I'll get is 4 when I have to wake up and feed the baby.

I get at the most 4 hours a night. I've had insomnia for years. I've got my grandmas hand me down mattress and I swear I will trash it as soon as I can get a new one and hopefully, that will do the trick. I am so tired.
