Stylist on a Soapbox: Miche Bags
Any woman knows how big of a hassle it can be to switch from one bag to another. Transferring all your necessities does not always end well. I've forgotten to pack my Chapstick, ID, cash, credit card, keys, touch-up makeup or fro-yo rewards card on more than one occasion. When you're in a hurry to get out the door, there's just no time to double-check! All those forgetful mishaps make me really appreciate my Miche bags. With Miche, you have one bag called a "Base Bag" that you you can magnetize different style "Shells" to. The Bases and Shells have earth magnets built into them that hold the two together securely, and because they're earth magnets, they will not negatively affect your electronics or credit cards.
In the video, you saw that I had two black Miche Base Bags: the Big and the Classic. The Classic also comes in Brown. Since I got my bags, a Mini size has also released. Of my bags, the silver Oakley style ($39.95) is still available, but the Danielle (red-orange floral) and Sandy (khaki with the sash) have since sold out and been replaced by newer styles for fall. In case you were interested, though, the Fiona is very similar to the Sandy. If you liked my Classic Shell, the Elizabeth (creme with black flowers), it's still available ($21.95).
The best place to purchase is directly from a Miche Rep at a Miche Bag home party (where I got all of mine) or from a Miche Rep's online store. My Miche Rep is Theresa Enderwick. This is the worst bag I ever owned. I had the classic size. It is very heavy(empty) and gets worse when you fill it. The strap cuts right in to your shoulder. I can't imagine how the "big" bag feels! Who needs another thing to do in the morning when you are rushing to get the kids and yourself out the door? This bag may work for some but I am happy buying a new bag every season and not having to worry about changing the look of it to "match" my outfit. I bought it as an impulse buy and could not wait to get rid of it. There are so many nicer bags out there---after I got it in the mail I could not believe how ugly it was!

I also forgot to mention that the shells fall off and the customer service is horrible.

I have had my Miche Bag (classic) for four years and LOVE It! I have had no trouble with it. I find it much more easier to change the cover versus taking stuff out of one bag and putting it in another (and forgetting things). In fact, I liked it so much that I decided to be a Miche rep about a month ago. If you are interested in learning more about Miche, please let me know. I have had many compliments on it as well!

I have the classic and the big bag and LOVE them. It's so cool to have a perfect bag for every outfit and not have to worry about transfering everything. I have EVERYthing in my big bag. The classic is my "wallet and make up, going out" bad. I just throw my wallet and make up bag in there when I use it. Theresa is my rep as well and I've only had one issue with the shell falling off (I'm pretty hard on my purses (and shoes, not that the applies here) and I've never had an issue if something needs to be replaced or if I order an accessory that I'm not jazzed with. She's very quick to help! Love the bag, love my rep.
