What outfit do I love to wear thanks to shapewear? ANY of them! I wear mine every day, under everything. I live by the Steel Magnolias line "I haven't left the house without lycra on these thighs since I was 14..." and I don't think anyone should!

Face it, at mid-life the tummy just isn't bikini worthy. I love that shapewear lets me tuck in my shirt instead of having to wear it outside to cover the belly bulge.

I love wearing a black dress I bought recently with Spanx, however, I love wearing anything when I have on my Spanx. Just have a hard time buying all I would like to have though. They are a little expensive for me these days.

I recently bought my first piece of shapewear after encouragement from my mother (who swore it was just to "smooth" me out and not because I have gained about 15 lbs). I bought the full body one and was surprised at how light and comfortable it was. I wear it under my dresses and it does smooth as well as shows off my curves a little more. It is so comfortable, does not pinch and gives me a whole new level in confidence, which I normally have, but I don't find myself trying to keep my purse in front of my belly in the wind anymore :)
