Add a Feminine Touch with Lace Jewelry

Lace has always been -- and alway will be -- ultra feminine. Though we typically see the delicate fabric worn as part of apparel, lace jewelry also exists. I love the look of a soft and creamy lace bib necklace paired with a flattering square neckline and fitted jean. The lace just adds the perfect touch of girly softness without looking too adolescent.

I also love fabric, chandelier-inspired lace earrinsg, like the stunning Mikimoiselle earrings pictured at top left ($75). The earrings pictured are two inches long, making them large enough to earn you positive attention, but not so large that they overwhelm your face or outfit.

If you're not into fabric lace, perhaps a lace-like design is more your cup of tea. You'll find lots of intricately detailed metal pieces, including cuffs, necklaces and earrings, that give the illusion of lace. The good news is you can pair them with just about anything, from formal apparel to business attire to low key weekend wear.
