Russian Roulette from Rihanna - Check Out Her Latest Single

Russian Roulette is Rihanna's latest single and it was just released today, October 20, on the radio and Rihanna's official website. It was written by Ne-Yo, who worked with Rihanna on 'Unfaithful,' 'Take a Bow,' and 'Hate That I Love You.'

The story told in the single seems to mirror the trouble Rihanna has experienced in her real love life. Russian Roulette is the first single from Rihanna's fourth original studio album, Rated R ($16.49), available on November 23.

I am an extremely clumsy person. I also recently bought an iPhone. Like oil and water, clumsiness and expensive electronics don't go well together, and when you throw exercise equipment into the mix, it can often spell disaster. My first video iPod suffered an early death when it flew off my treadmill right after I decided to take my speed up a notch without securing it first. Apple Announces New iPod Shuffle

The much anticipated wait is over. Earlier today, Apple announced the new 8 & 16 GB iPod Shuffle. I know that you've probably heard a few of the rumors about the latest Nano: it will have a video or Apple is fazing them out. Well, some of those rumors are true and some are false.

I recently visited my family in Southwest Florida. While I was there, my grandmother told me about her experience with Hurricane Charley back in '04. Luckily she was out of town during that devastating hurricane but afterwards, her neighbors called her to explain the damage. Overall, her house remained intact: some shingles were ripped off her roof, the roof of her screened in pool was twisted and a few inflatable pool toys were scattered around her yard.

Her story motivated me to do a little research on natural disaster and I found out that September is National Preparedness Month. What does it mean? September was declared National Preparedness Month in 2004. Throughout this month, FEMA and other agencies will work together to plan activities that highlight the importance of individual and family emergency preparedness. It doesn't take a lot of time or effort to make sure that you are ready.

We are living in a time when an emergency or natural disaster can happen at any time but it doen't take that much effort to be get ready.
