When it comes to computers, there are few companies out there that have been able to build as strong a reputation as Hewlett-Packard. Hewlett-Packard computers are known for their reliability, and what I really like about them is that you do not have to spend a fortune to pick up one of these fine computers.

We all have our personal preferences as to what types of computers we like, and for me, my choice is the laptop. Hewlett-Packard laptops are fast and reliable and built strong enough to take the punishment that I give them when I am traveling. A great example is the Hewlett-Packard Pavilion Notebook. This notebook has a small 12.1 inch display so you can easily travel with it, but you can still be sure that you have a super fast computer at your disposal with its 4 GIG RAM and 1.6 GHz processor. It is very thin and lightweight (under 4 pounds) and its glossy screen produces amazing video. This is the perfect notebook for the frequent flier that needs something strong enough to handle any computing needs, and yet small enough to fit on those tiny pull down trays on the plane.

If it is a desktop computer that you are considering buying, then Hewlett-Packard has the perfect solution for you as well. Consider the Hewlett-Packard Pavilion Desktop computer. Hewlett-Packard has been making these desktop computers for a very long time, and they have been able to really fine tune what it takes to make a desktop great. You will be amazed at just how much computer you can get these days for under $350. This Hewlett-Packard machine has 4 GIG of RAM and a massive 500 GIG hard drive, so you have all the speed and storage you could ever want. A great computer for your home office.

Our next Hewlett-Packard computer is one that I have discussed before in my computers on sale article last month... the Hewlett-Packard Touchsmart IQ504 Computer. Another perfect solution for your home office, this machine has 4 GIG of RAM and a really fast 2 GHz processor. You will have more than enough storage space with its 320 GIG hard drive, and once you experience the touchscreen ability you will never want to go back to your regular computer again. Touch screen computers seem to be the future for computers, and this computer is a great way to experience it for yourself.

Going back to laptops, one of Hewlett-Packard's top of the line laptops is the HP Premium Series Notebook PC. These machines are true beasts that will handle anything that you could possibly throw at them. Comes with 4 GIG of RAM, and an amazing 660 GIG hard drive. Even the biggest music in the world would have a hard time filling up this hard drive with music. This Hewlett-Packard machine is fast, highly reliable and should last you a long time. This laptop is more suited for more advanced computer users that put a lot of demand on their machines.

Once you pick out your new computer you may also want to look at getting a printer. I typically find that in my home office I rarely use my printer, but it is nice to know that it is there when I need it, and Hewlett-Packard has some great affordable options for printers. The HP Photosmart All-In-One Printer is a great choice because it offers you so many options. This handy printer serves as not only a printer, but a scanner, fax machine, copier, and photo lab. Chances are that you own a digital camera, and with this printer you will be able to print out your own professional quality photos in the comfort of your own home. Sure, if you have 100 pictures you want to get developed you are still probably better to head to your local Wal-Mart, but if you have a handful of pictures that you need done this printer will take care of you. All around, this is a great printer, and very affordable too!

So if you are tired of your current computer constantly crashing and causing you problems, then maybe it is time to look for something new, and Hewlett-Packard has the perfect computer for everyone. It doesn't matter if you are a hard core computer geek, or the casual computer user... Hewlett-Packard has just what you need.

I like Dell computers. Through the years I have owned several Dells, and been pleased with each one of them. While Dell is known primarily for its laptop and desktop computers, the company is also a big player in servers, printers, and monitors.
