AOL Shopping is a comprehensive shopping site to help you find what you are looking to buy. You can find offers from the top stores, a comparison shopping search service and editors & merchandisers to point out items we love. We are here to make shopping easier and faster for you.
Is AOL Shopping a store?
Think of us more as a shopping mall, bringing together top stores, brands and items in one place. We provide this all online, accessible via your computer to make it more convenient for you.
What’s new in the newly designed AOL Shopping?
We have an expanded list of categories within each department so that you can find what you’re looking for more easily. Each department has its own look and feel so it feels like you’re shopping in a mall. We’d love to hear what you think! Please use the Feedback link on the top right corner on the site or email us.
Can I give AOL Shopping feedback and suggestions?

How does AOL Shopping pick products and stores?
AOL Shopping’s goal is to bring you the best from stores you know and trust. We work directly with top retailers to find their favorite items and offers. Also, our editorial team uses their category and merchandising expertise to find interesting items for you. Finally, our shopping search tool has items from about 11,000 retailers and sellers. This gives us the opportunity to find items we think will be important to you….and let you do the looking too.
What are AOL Shopping Specials and how do I sign up?
AOL Shopping Specials allow you to hear about deals, offers, new products and gifts for special events via your email inbox. Sign up for the AOL Insider here.
How do I get my products to appear in AOL Shopping?
We currently have two opportunities that allow merchants to become part of AOL Shopping:
1. If you can provide us with a feed of your products, including the title, description, price, etc. we will pull that feed into your very own branded store on AOL Shopping. Your products will be highlighted in our featured product modules on relevant category pages and your company logo will appear in the featured merchant module on those category pages. Additionally, you would be included in our Now in Stores module on our category page as well. If interested, we also have options that allow our editors to include your products in our galleries, articles and more.
2. If you would like your products to be part of our search results, we can add your products to the search feed on AOL Shopping. This feed is managed by a third party but we will assist in including your products to that feed.

Attention AOL Shopping "My Shopping" Users
As we are introducing a brand new AOL Shopping site, we have decided to temporarily turn off the "My Shopping" feature as of today, April 1. This includes the ability to save products into a default or defined shopping list. As a result, all currently saved information will be lost as well. We are sorry for the inconvenience and we will keep you posted on when we will reintroduce this feature.

How do I find a gift for someone?
We have scoured the internet and worked with top stores to find gift ideas that are special and fit in your budget. Try our gift shops like Gifts for Her, Gifts for Him, or By Occassion.
How can I search for an item?
AOL Shopping has a shopping search tool available on all shopping pages. Type in the item you are looking for in the green search box at the top of the page. Results for that keyword will be shown along with additional filters to narrow down the options. If there are no results for your search: Check your spelling. Use fewer words so your search isn't too specific. For example, instead of typing "western jean jacket with tassels" try typing "jean jacket" or just "jacket". Use different words. You can reword your search by using synonyms or related words. Say you are looking for chinos. Instead of typing "chino britches" you could try typing "chino pants".
How do I find something if I am not sure what it is?
Use our navigation on the left hand side of our pages. This allows you to quickly look at different categories to get different ideas or quickly get to the category you want.
How do I find sale items?
Start with our Deals and Coupons Pages. Also take a look at our On Sale, Clearance, and Free Shipping Pages, we update them with great deals all year long. Offers typically last for select periods of time so check back often.

Ordering and checkout at AOL Shopping
AOL Shopping helps you find products available through our participating stores. The products available on the site are sold and shipped by these stores independently of AOL Shopping. Each store determines its own accepted payment method(s). For questions about payment, please contact the store directly.For questions about an order, please contact the appropriate store directly.
Where do I go if I have a problem with a transaction?
All questions about your order (including status, specifications, tax, shipping, payment methods, and cancellations or returns) should be directed to the store where you made the purchase. AOL Shopping does not have any specific information about your order. Typically stores provide an order confirmation through e-mail. The e-mail will include contact information for any other order inquiries and your order number.
How do I answer shipping questions?
AOL Shopping helps you find products available through our participating stores. The products available on our site are sold and shipped by these stores independently of AOL Shopping. For questions about shipping, please contact the appropriate store directly. This includes questions about what shipping companies are available for the order, shipping rates, and order tracking.
How do I return an item?

How can I create a wish list?
It’s very easy! As you search and browse products simply locate the green plus icon and select the “sign in” option. You will then be prompted to sign into your AOL account or offered an opportunity to create an account.
What does it mean to save to this session only
Saving to a session means that you can save products that interest you for a period of 24 hours. After 24 hours has passed, the items you’ve saved will no longer appear.
How do I add items to my wish list?
It’s very easy! As you search and browse products simply locate the green plus icon and add it to your wish list!
How do I locate my Wishlist when I come back to AOL Shopping?
You need to be "signed in" to view your wish list. When you return to AOL Shopping, click on the "Sign In" link located in the top right corner of the web page, (if you are not already signed in). After you are signed in, click on the "Wish List" link just to the left of the "Sign In" link.

Best practices to keep in mind while reviewing a product.
Use the product name in your review. You don't have to use the entire title, a portion of it is good.
Use terms related to the product you are reviewing. For Example: If you are reviewing a TomTom GPS 720, use terms like "receiver", "accessories", etc. in your review.
