Bench does not feel rigid, need to see long term durability.

Product is excellent for the price and capabilities. It allows for muscle toning and comfortable exercise but is not intended for necessarily building bulk. A good product for women and men.

A LITTLE DIFFICULT FOR A SMALL FEMALE TO PUT TOGETHER BY HERSELF..

I BOUGHT THIS MACHINE FOR AT HOME PHYSICAL THERAPY FOR MY FROZEN SHOULDERS AND HIPS AS IT IS VERY SIMILAR TO THE MACHINE I USED AT THE PT OFFICE. IT HAS BEEN A TREMENDOUS HELP, AND SAVES ME TIME AND MONEY BECAUSE I DON'T HAVE TO GO TO THE PT JUST SO THEY CAN WATCH ME REHAB MYSELF..(IF YOU HAVE GONE THRU REHAB, YOU KNOW EXACTLY WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT..AFTER A WHILE YOU PAY FOR THEM TO "COACH" YOU ALONG, BUT YOU'RE DOING ALL THE WORK UNTIL YOUR HOUR IS UP)

Take space, but great buy. If you are bodybuilder, maybe you don't like it. If you are dancer like me, need inside body muscle strength not outside, you gonna love this machine.
