Larry McKaughan of Heller's Café fame teamed up with Warehouse, Japan's cult-favorite denim brand (and one of the most true-to-tradition garment makers around) to bring us—and you—this extremely limited-edition, vintage-inspired piece. A precise reproduction from McKaughan's personal archive and designed by Warehouse, these are based on a pair of 1920s blues from the now-defunct workwear label Lion brand. Finished with details typical of WWI-era U.S. Army pants, these sport single-needle stitching and double back pockets—a new feature of military-issue denim at the time. Pairs with the matching Lion brand jacket. Collectors, take note: There are only a handful of these in existence. We recommend washing with darker items. Memphis cotton denim. Buckle back.
