J.Crew Repaired Stanton chino

Our designers' rough-hewn riff on a menswear icon. These limited-edition khakis (made right inside our New York studio) were pieced by hand with vintage fabric swatches found inside the J. Crew archives and built into our popular Stanton fit. At first glance—and feel—the result is an unbelievably broken-in, mixed-media texture. But it's more than that. The mix of old and new, of green-tinged swatches with sepia tones (the natural color range of khaki), makes each pair its own unique mediation on the sartorial classic. And as if that doesn't add enough character, before our designers add their finishing handiwork, the pant is washed, garment-dyed and dusted with pigment. Cotton. Zip fly. Off-seam pockets, back welt pockets. Import. Machine wash. Sits on hips, slim through hip and thigh, with a narrow leg.
