They seem to work fineSummary:
Wow, one phone jack and phones all over the house. I use VOIP and needed a better phone system. They work fine with my ViaTalk service. Way cheaper than POTS. Yay for competition.

Pros:
Uses newer technology, multiple phones includedCons:
battery life seems less than my older Panasonic setSummary:
I got this phone set for a really low price at Amazon. Not sure if they were on clearance or something, but the phones work nicely. I had a set of 5.8 Panasonic phones, but only had the main base station and 1 extra phone. This set has 4 total phones. I looked into getting extra phones for my old set but they were way too expensive and it was CHEAPER to buy a brand new set of phones, oddly enough. I don't know much about this new DECT technology, but the calls are clear and there's no interference, altough I didn't have much trouble with that on my older phone set. I like the speakerphone function. Very convenient and it works well (not garbled or hard to hear). LCD screen is fine enough, form factor of the phones is good as well. My only complaint is the battery life is a little less than my old set. Could be why the price was so cheap on these, but it's not a big deal for me.

Pros:
The use of AAA batteries. My other panasonic phones were in need of new batteries and for not that much more money I got these phones with 4 handsets. So far they work well.Cons:
Does not show when phones are in use but that is not a big weaknessSummary:
I bought this for my daughter and she loved it so I decided to buy a set for myself. The AAA batteries sold me on this. A set of four for two handsets is less then one battery for my other phone. I like the intercom and the phonebook sharing. So far the sound is good and clear. Great phones

Pros:
This phone has many strenghts. It is lightweight and I like the fact that it uses AAA batteries. Also, the phone's silver colored front and black back is modern & stlyish. Phone is very easy to use.Cons:
I don't really like the orange colored backlight of the phone. At night, there is a light on the antenna and I have to cover it up because it lights up the room a little bit.Summary:
Overall, this phone is perfect for me. I love how user friendly it is to program the answering message and caller ID. I would highly reccommend this phone for the value. My old phone was very similar to this one (same name brand) and I was happy with it for many years so I tried to buy one as comparable to it as possible. The only reason I had to buy a new phone was because I needed more handsets. This phone comes with 4 handsetswhich is perfect for my 2 story home. So far so good!

Pros:
clear reception / speakerphone on each handset / does not interfere with other equipment / all handsets can retrieve / intercom / voicemail / phonebook sharingCons:
not very well suited for wall-mountingSummary:
Panasonic's DECT 6.0 digital technology is well worth the price of upgrading. This Panasonic TG1034 is superior to older technology 5.8 Ghz phone systems which still presented interference with other WiFi wireless devices in your home (e.g. wireless computers / cameras / etc.) The absolute best feature on this phone system is you can hear the messages as they are being recorded on any handset; also you can play them back from any handset at any time. Also the phonebook can be shared at all handsets. Only drawback is that the wall mounting bracket (included) makes it difficult to see the base display (for most home applications). Otherwise I give this 5 stars -- highly recommended!

Pros:
4 handsets that are link, strong signal, INCLUDED NiMh AAA batteries, space-saving bases, setup via the handset, DECT, copy phonebook between handsetsCons:
Bases seem kind of cheap, including the main base; only one mailbox for voicemailSummary:
This set replaced two separate two-phone Panasonic sets. I like the fact 4 handsets can intercom between each one because previously, we had to hope the other person was at the other phone vs the other set. The base for the handsets are now even smaller than before, but the space-saving design gives it a cheap feel. One feature that I really like is the ability to copy phonebook entries from one handset to another, making it easier to distribute numbers across the set.Regarding the main base, besides being a charger for a handset, it does not do anything more than function as a control for voice mail. My previous panasonic sets had the setup in the base, so I always had to reset the date/time after any power fluctuations. At least, I hope to not have to do it anymore, since the controls are in the handset. However, it does come at a bit of a disadvantage because I used to use the base as a speakerphone itself.I've only had good things to say about my previous Panasonic sets. This set has made improvements, but also at the cost of some features (such as the importance of the base) that others find necessary.
