Surprisingly good

My son gave me these headphones for Christmas 3 years ago. I am a music lover as well as quite an oldtimer. I mostly listen to vinyls and CDs on the stereo, and so that my wife does not pull me home, my son gave me these headphones for Christmas 3 years ago. They have this retro old school look my son thought I would appreciate, but as a matter of fact I was afraid of the sound quality, not being good enough because of that fancy desing. I was wrong. The headphone surrounds the ear completely without being in contact with it. This allows the sound to be arround your ear, not inside, and so the listening is very pleasant. Bass and treble sounds are both well reproduced. After 3 years the synthetic leather starts to break, but I admit I used them quite often. The cable lenth is a bit too short, in my opinion, but fortunately it comes with an extra long adapter, and the mini-jack to jack plug. I am not sure if I would purchase for it again, because I personally preffer confort, more quality sound or materials rather than a modern look product to wear outdoors. But as a present and for its price, and I pretty happy with it.
