We all covet the smoldering, sexy look of the smoky eye, but no matter how many how-tos we've read or how many times we've asked the lady at the make-up counter to show us the trick, achieving the right blend of smudge and color is easier said than done. Behold a new kind of make-up that attempts to get us the look flawlessly AND fast: ColorOn Instant Eye Shadow Applicators, which has gotten quite a bit of press lately. It seems simple enough. The applicators come built with the colors already blended, so you just peel, stick, remove and tada, you've got yourself a vampy set of eyes! I have to admit I am curious to give them a try. The only thing I'm wondering is if the eye shadows stay on for a while. It is definitely a neat concept though and perfect for us ladies who don't have time. It kind of reminds me of AVON's Instant Dry Nail Enamel Strips, which has rave reviews. So what do you think? Ay or nay to stick-on make-up?

4. can someone tell me how to cover up real dark circles under my eyes---its a family curse--and with age seems to get worse--

5. I am 71 and would like to see your column addressing products for "older, sun-weathered" skin. I have been using Bare Escentual products since their introduction. I have tried all name-brand mineral powders and there is nothing on the market as face complimenting as Bare Escentuals BareMinerals. Many of my relatives/friends are now using it because of the natural, non-caking, non-streaking, non-pore plugging, look it gives. So great you can even sleep in it (if necessary)without adverse affects to your skin. Ladies, try it! No,I don't get paid for this advice - I'm just a very satisfied customer recommending a great line of facial/eye products.

8. Best idea for dark undereye circles - Oil of Olay Eye Pod and a white pencil with a sponge tip. Use the pencil on the inner corners of eyes - near the nose. Blend gently, dabbing not pulling.

9. I think everything starts with NUTRITION. There is a Nutritional Cleansing Program on the market today that is the cheapest, most effectve way to reverse the clock. And this products are wholesome with no drugs, chemicals, ephedra. There is no age limit to looking great and feeling great!

10. To Mary Lou (Comment #5): When you said that you could even sleep in that make-up, if necessary, I assumed that you had a date that turned into a "sleep over". All I can say is: "YOU GO GIRL!", at 71, yeah, I'm looking forward to the day. I'll be 65 in less than two months, and I, too, wish that the writers of these so-called beauty columns didn't think that everyone dies or drops off the face of the earth after the age of 50! That's ridiculous!

12. I'm 68 and have also been wanting to see more beauty tips for women 50+. I'd like to see more about how to use the proper makeup for the eyes and the eyebrows.

13. I am sick to death of cosmetic tip items that only give advice to age 50. Don't you realize how many women there are out there these days (Baby Boomers and their parents) who are still interested in feeling good, looking good and having a good time. Quit acting like they don't exist - they probably make up a greater population than the 20 to 40 yr. olds put together!

14. I am 75 years old and I am upset with you people forgetting the ladies 75 and up. You think we don't care about looking good and younger. I have beautiful skin, no flaws, no wrinkle.... except some sagging which is called gravity. Have you ever heard of that word. Give us a little more credit and cut us a break.Where would the fifties be without the seventies taking the first step?????

16. I'm 54 and love to hear what the over 50's crowd can do to improve our looks. I'm happy to read their are ladies in their 70's & 80's still trying to look their best as I hope to do too. Please don't forget us just because we're not the 20's or 30's any more. We like to hear about make-up, styles, anything that can help.

17. You think at age 60 one doesn't care so they just give up and die? I feel your remarks were a tad racist against women over 60...only focusing them towards women 50 and under. BTW....some of the most beautiful women in the world are over 60
