Endomorphs
Curvy or pear shaped like sultry siren Jennifer Lopez or Beyonce.
Challenge: Have trouble losing weight but can gain muscle mass easily
Solution: Give your metabolism a boost by increasing cardio and using light weights
Mesomorphs
Box-shapes typically have large frames & shoulders are usually wider than hips --think Jessica Biel.
Challenge: Usually don't have problems losing weight but can bulk up easily if they're not careful with workout regime
Solution: Try trendy yoga & balls, and interval training like speed jump rope to avoid the bulk
Ectomorphs
Very thin & petite like slender songstress Christina Aguilera. Shoulders tend to be the same width as hips.
Challenge: Slim frames are prone to injury and difficult to maintain weight & muscle mass
Solution: Start with moderate cardio & tone up with push-ups. Don't forget to stretch to reduce injuries.
