    Taylor CLassic Candy, Jelly and Deep Fry Thermometer

    In my experience, a significant weakness of this thermometer is the durability of the temperature markings. The 1st time I used this thermometer for deep frying, some of the temperature numbers wiped off during cleaning. Now, I have to be very careful when cleaning to avoid wiping off the numbers that remain.
