The Vicks V-745A Warm Mist Humidifier was designed to be easy to fill and easy to clean. The tank feeds water in the boiling chamber where it is heated to a pure steam vapor. The vapor is bacteria-free and mixes with dry air in the dishwasher safe cooling chamber which is then circulated in the room. Features include 1.0 gallon capacity, operates at least 12 hours on a single filling, second handle and a translucent tank.

    I have one. It works fine except that it hardly puts out enough mist for even a very small room.

    I like the humidifier. Works well and is quite. I would not use this for a large room (anything greater than 500 square feet) but besides that it's not too bad.
