    Waste of money

    Bought this for a spare room, compared to the old one I have which is only 9,000 BTU, this thing is non-functional. It cools the room down by one degree per hour. The old Mobilair cools the same room so much faster, however I have to empty the water reservoir every 6 hours or so. Bought it from newegg.com with $50 shipping, tried to return it less that 3 days after delivery and willing to lose the shipping costs, found out too late that this item is non-returnable. Save your money and buy something else.
